Collaborative teams:
The workshop

The workshop is designed to be a one-day (or two half-days) session to inspire team transformations in how you collaborate, and how to relate to collaboration.

In this format we won’t go as deep as the full Programme option, but we will cover some of the main themes of creating successful collaborations in a lighter way. This includes:

  • The why: arriving at a shared purpose and common goals

  • The who: designing for diversity, inclusion and perspective

  • The how: exploring the being and doing of collaboration, and what gets in the way.

By the end of the day you will feel equipped to be able to work together to identify your common goals, to notice predictable patterns of behaviours that might sabotage collaboration, and to have the courage and commitment to say the thing, lean into the mess instead of avoiding it, and find resolutions and win-win solutions everywhere.

This session is designed to be delivered online but can also be delivered in-person for an additional fee.

Cost: £3,999 for online delivery of the workshop for up to 12 people.

How is this different to The Programme?

The workshop is a lighter version of The Programme and better suited for those who just wish to offer a one-day session to a slightly larger group. It also doesn’t cover the full topics that The Programme includes.

Our limit on The Programme is strictly 10 people to allow for greater interaction, whereas the limit of 12 people on The Workshop is for guidance only and can be increased.

In The Programme you will have the opportunity to apply your learning to a real project or new way of working that you are currently developing. Tracy will be available for support between sessions. In The Workshop, we will approach this from a more theoretical perspective and you will apply your learnings yourself.
